Welcome to the wide world of sushi and hibachi at the new Shan Kishi Japanese Hibachi & Fusion Sushi restaurant located in the Seashell Shopping Center next to the Publix in Gulf Breeze. This upscale, Asian themed restaurant is serving fresh, top-quality sushi from the sleek sushi bar. If you’re in the mood for entertainment, the hibachi tables will provide it for you.  The hip bar is a great place to have drinks before or after your meal.

There’s something to please everyone. The extensive menu covers lots of familiar Japanese cuisine territory with teriyaki, tempura and udon noodles. With over 50 sushi rolls to choose from, popular sushi choices include the California roll, Dragon roll (eel & cucumber with avocado and eel sauce), Bomb Lobster Roll (lobster tempura, mango, cucumber inside with lobster salad on top), and the Shan Kishi King roll (soft shell crab with special dragon roll). There are many appetizers to choose from including edamame and Haru Maki, spring rolls. The hibachi entrees are fun to watch cook and include fried or white rice, shrimp appetizer, vegetables, salad and onion soup. The menu also includes tempura, katsu, teriyaki and Japanese noodle options. Try the green tea ice cream or the tempura banana for dessert.

The menu includes daily lunch specials for sushi or the hibachi lunch. Take out orders may be placed.
